Position: Retail Experience Lead (30-40 hours per week)

Our studio shops offer an unparalleled olfactory experience, where each scent tells a story of luxury and sophistication. We are seeking a Part-Time Key Holder who shares our passion for luxury and excellence to join our esteemed team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a career-minded Retail Experience Leader with tons of entrepreneurial spirit who will support the Store Leadership Team to ensure the successful and efficient running of our luxury fragrance boutique & fragrance education experiences.
As a leader in the store, you will cultivate relationships with clients through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement while becoming each guests trusted fragrance advisor. You will be a leader on our team in upholding our brand's reputation for elegance and high service standards. You will execute all projects and tasks to the highest levels of perfection.
This job is onsite at the specified location and will report to the General Manager.
What You'll Do
- Achieve success in your store by executing all aspects of your role to our extremely high store standards.
- Achieve personal sales, client conversion and team goals on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
- React quickly to the changing needs of our business to provide uninterrupted levels of luxury service to our guests.
- Maintain a customer-focused relationship building mentality.
- Demonstrate expert level knowledge of fragrance industry trends and individual brand knowledge, increase sales through client outreach and wardrobing.
- Understand how to showcase product differently based on if a client is remote or in-person.
- Strategize own business to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach and technology usage.
- Assist new and weekend team members with sales strategies to boost overall team monthly sales
- Create a positive work environment through collaboration
What You Bring

- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Experienced with face-to-face selling, is outgoing, and loves to connect with other fragrance enthusiasts while educating and inspiring guests new to the world of niche fragrances.
- Styling, beauty, or fashion retail experience a plus, but not required
- Commission sales experience is a plus, but not required
- High School Diploma and some college required
